At Refiner Realty, agents keep 100% of their commission rather than giving the brokerage a percentage of every closing. Our structure uses straightforward, transparent fees, so you know what you’ll pay and can keep more of what you earn as your business grows. In fact, the term 100% Commission Structure comes from the fact that you can charge that fee to the client by design, so you truly make 100% of your commission.
$500 Annual Brokerage Fee
One straightforward annual fee is paid on your first transaction.
*Annual cycles restart on the agent's start date with Refiner Realty
$499 Transaction Fee After 10 Closings
After your first 10 closed transactions, the transaction fee drops to $499 per closing for the remainder of the annual cycle.
*Each transaction includes an in-house transaction coordinator.
$950 Transaction Fee
Paid per closed transaction for your first 10 transactions during the annual cycle.

$100 Monthly Technology Fee
Provides access to the technology, marketing tools, and resources included with your Refiner Realty affiliation.
